Certain pills are like that. The ones I take are progestin-only pills (known as POPs). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Progestogen-only_pill This actually says within 3 hours of the time, but all of the literature I get with my pills says they should be taken at the exact same time every day, and I'd rather just play it safe. http://www.webmd.com/drugs/drug-3280...x?drugid=32809 are what I have been taking. "Taking this medication after your evening meal or at bedtime may help if you have stomach upset or nausea with the medication. You may choose to take this medication at another time of day that is easier for you to remember. No matter what dosing schedule you use, it is very important that you take this medication at the same time each day, 24 hours apart."
I think other pills which contain other hormones have much less strict regimens, and some pills you don't take during your period. I really prefer these pills because messing with hormones just really fucks women up. It's bad enough that we have to deal with that shit every month with our periods but when you are giving yourself a dose of an extra hormone like estrogen which will make you horny, weepy, bitchy, and euphoric all at the same time, it can be really fucking confusing and hard to deal with. I personally rarely get that way during my periods but I did last month and I really hated feeling that way, like I had no control over my emotions. I honestly don't know why a lot of women even deal with that kind of shit, but I guess if you can't stick to the strict timeline then the other pills are better for you.
There's so many options though. I'm glad I found one I like, I'll stick with it.
Also, I loooooved playing with legos with my kids. My younger son is very methodical, he has to line everything up just right. He falls into the autism spectrum (but is high functioning) so that's just one of his things, I guess. It was really funny to watch him play and line everything up. My older son was much more chaotic about it.
