I'm enjoying this show, considering how cheesy the voice acting is. Great use of original film's concept art to create new characters.

I don't wanna say "it's ok for a kid's show" because that's such a cop-out these days. The music hits the right notes and it's trying very hard to make continuity nods but I dunno how I feel about space Aladdin.

Space Aladdin is a little annoying, but the rest of the crew are pretty interesting besides the dumbass astromech. I want to know more about Kanan and who trained him.

Oh, didn't even realize season 1.5 had started. I gave this a shot last year and thought it was a lot better than I expected. Got the missus to watch it (she's a much bigger fan than me) and she thought it was pretty good. Luckily Disney spams the fuck out of its reruns so we won't have a hard time picking up the rest of this (unlike Tron Uprising...).

I thought the reveal at the end and the big fight was just.. too good, though. It's amazing what they can do for a supposed children's show. One of the eps earlier in the season where they actually killed characters on screen (well sort of) really made me go holy shit.

I like it, I just wish the animation was a bit better movement wise.
