Everything about the last 2 seasons of Heroes was a massive failure/disappointment, so much so that I had NO interest in even giving this a chance. I don't trust them to not mess it up... but damn it that trailer was pretty good.

Yeah it's just a picture/promo set, but it's so disappointingly cheap/cheesy it doesn't instill much faith for what we can expect to see in the writing/plot/execution. The people with final approval on those marketing materials were also likely the same people with final approval/influence on other major decisions with the show. This doesn't mean the show is now guaranteed to be terrible, it just means that it doesn't instill much faith in it (when it's already riding a fine line, especially with this show).

Honestly, for some reason I didnt realize how cheesy they were until now, lol. I generally dont consider cheesiness these days unless its spawn/mortalkombat/other90'sishmovies type cheesiness. Lets be honest, its not THAT bad, but you guys are right when you say it is alarming I guess
