I'm 16 mins in to this, but I recognized the voice on the fat guy who takes Thomas to the coffee shop right away. It took a little Google-Fu but it's the fat camcorder kid from Transformers lol!

That kid cracked me up in that scene but it's so weird how I recognized that voice after all these years. Anyway, gonna finish the movie.

This is better then it realistically had any right to be (considering how long it's been and how bad the original sequels were), but it's still quite bad.

I'd say it's not worse then 2 or 3 but don't pay for this. If you don't already have HBO Max just watch it thru other means

The beginning was interesting enough, but everything else was an unnecessary mess

There were some good ideas in there, but the movie (or I guess Wachowski) got so stuck up its own ass it forgot the point of a film is to entertain people, and not see how deep the meta hole can go.

I had expected the movie to be a massive black hole of wokeness, so I was actually pleasantly surprised that it didn't fall into that and I'll give them that at least.

Also Morpheus had some fly as fuck fits and I appreciated the hell out of that.

showed up i physically cringed at everything he said. also naming the husband chad. everybody in the movie tried their hardest (maybe not keanu) and i really liked the cast but just...oof
