Just read an article on Forbes about the PC issues and they said WB only gave out review copies of the PS4 version. There was a PC version upon request, but it was locked in the dev debug mode.

The adventure continues
Apparently activating Gameworks effects cause the game to switch to DirectX 10 instead of 11, which is likely explaining *some* of the graphical downgrades.
Weird when I think about it. It was made for consoles, which are both AMD.
Nvidia obviously had to work with them for Gameworks and nvidia logo to be on the game. yet they still shit out a turd to PC. What did Nvidia even work with them on? There are no graphical options.
There had to be some type of work done for Gameworks crap to be in the game.
Same shit happened with the PC versions of Witcher 3 and Project Cars (which is still fucked for AMD users I believe)
I'm a huge fan of the series played the fuck out of the other 3 games.....
that being said I AM NOT PLAYING THIS SHIT IN 30 FPS.... WHO THOUGHT THIS WAS OK?
( dear god I almost bought the season pass too before launch , dodged a bullet )

Dear Batman: Arkham Knight PC owners,
We want to apologize to those of you who are experiencing performance issues with Batman: Arkham Knight on PC. We take these issues very seriously and have therefore decided to suspend future game sales of the PC version while we work to address these issues to satisfy our quality standards. We greatly value our customers and know that while there are a significant amount of players who are enjoying the game on PC, we want to do whatever we can to make the experience better for PC players overall.
Thank you to those players who have already given valuable feedback. We are continuously monitoring all threads posted in the Official Batman: Arkham Knight Community and Steam forums, as well as any issues logged with our Customer Support (support.wbgames.com). If you purchased your copy of the game and are not satisfied with your experience, then we ask for your patience while these issues are resolved. If desired, you can request a refund at help.steampowered.com (Steam refund policies can be found here: http://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds) or the retail location where you purchased the game.
The Batman: Arkham fans have continually supported the franchise to its current height of success, and we want to thank you for your patience as we work to deliver an updated version of Batman: Arkham Knight on PC so you can all enjoy the final chapter of the Batman: Arkham series as it was meant to be played.
That's... pretty serious. To suspend the sales completely on a AAA game like that (digitally anyway) is nuts. I mean I agree with it completely, but shit.
I only paid $26 through Nuuvem, but still. I was expecting a good quality game. Granted most things are fine, but once in awhile I do get MAJOR slow down and yeah, not as great as it could look. Hopefully they're able to resolve this rather quickly and who knows, maybe throw in something bonus. Aside from more awful dlc than the Harley Quinn pack lol
Tbh, I think them suspending digital sales has everything to do with simply not wanting to deal with refunds and to prevent the Steam review scores from plummeting even further.
I'm curious if this will also prevent refunds on Steam.
This whole situation is retarded.
Why put out a piece of shit game in the first place?
Why talk shit to community after initial bad reviews? And basically say, fuck PC players. Then moonwalk and apologize for shitty game and try to fix it.
Who keeps telling these companies to do stupid shit like this? It is mind boggling.
No one learns from their own or other companies mistakes. No one stops to think about the stupid decisions they are about to make in development. Over and over.
Then, when you fold and backtrack, you have to spend more money in damages, PR, loss sales, and extra development to fix the game.
Why, just why?
Like I said, it has everything to do with this being the first AAA title to come out since Steam implemented refunds. Companies have shown they don't really care about dumping buggy pieces of shit into the consumers lap, but now suddenly they have to pay for their mistake and a mad PR scramble ensues.
You guys are talking like sensible humans but you're neglecting one thing; people are still going to line up to have shit dumped down their throats. We've been paying for what amounts to early access betas for tons of games in recent years. It's fucking despicable but I don't see the trend changing, the gaming companies don't give a fuck about putting out a finished(let alone polished) product.
So glad i bought this on xb1 over pc
Wow suspended sales huh? So glad my versions running okay >_< Haven't tested it with fps uncapped though.
Game running just fine at 60 FPS for me. Slows down to 40s with batmobile but haven't encountered anything worse than that.
Talking about the actual game...I love how they use..
