Thanks for the heads up on Haikyuu. Just checked out all 8 episodes and it's really good. Never was a fan of the sport of volleyball (besides female beach ya-know-what-I'm-saying'). That's how it was for baseball too. Not a fan of the sport in real life, but damn the anime Ace of Diamond is so good. Definitely great way to learn the sports.

Might have to follow MLB for reals now since I hear my home team the Oakland A's is at the top of the league at the moment, haha.

If you've got the time, check out the anime "Major". It's another baseball themed one that follows the main protagonist from his little league days up until he wins the world series lol. 6 seasons long for the anime and honestly, it's pretty damn good. Hits you right in the feels on a few occasions and teaches you a lot about the game of baseball too. It's what actually helped me get into baseball in RL. Couldn't stand watching it and then watched "Major" and learned a lot of the finer details and aspects of the sport and slowly came to love it in RL

Edit: And yeah, No Game No Life is good and all, but it's faaaar from AotS for me. It's entertaining, but it's just not one of those shows I look forward to each week.

GF and I started HxH this week and are marathoning it like mad. Up to about EP80 right now, this bug people shit needs to stop. Overall we love it though.

It's like beating a dead horse saying this every week but Haikyuu is fucking goooood. Last episode was easily the best one yet and probably one of the best episodes of any anime I've seen this season.

Edit: Baby Steps was super boring in contrast. I really enjoy the manga, but the anime is just not doing it any justice.
