Did he say that Emily's powers are all new, or to put it the other way, "All of Emily's powers are new, all of Corvo's are the same as last game," because unless I missed something, it did seem like all of her powers were new? I am 100% okay with that.

Canceled my Collectors Edition on second thought, since the only thing I really want out of that is the Delilah poster. I'll pick that up at some point.

CDKeys currently has Dishonored 2 for just under $40, includes pre-order bonus for in-game content, not sure about the Definitive Edition. Although if you're pre-ordering 2 you probably already have everything in the Definitive Edition.

You may not need to hurry. Seeing lots of reports of pretty serious performance issues for anyone not on a 1070/1080. I have a Strix 1080 and I'm still feeling nervous.

I've got a 1070, but I probably won't get a chance to spend quality time with it until Monday anyways, because of work.

Replaying 1 now, I keep getting creeped out by Pendleton; I can hear the Samuel from Life Is Strange in his voice and it's extremely off-putting.
