Bobby mentioned a stat that solar energy plants/infrastructure costs something like $3bil/Gig to install, the same as Coal/Oil. The difference is Coal/Oil you have to go find the actual product and buy it, refine it, ship it, etc. Not sure how accurate that is, but he was painting it like setting up NEW infrastructure, solar is the same cost as Coal/Oil, without needing a constant source of resource.
