Even still there's going to be a LOT of details changed between comics and movies. We're not going to have like 80% of the cast from the comics. Is Spiderman even going to be in this film? I know they brokered a deal for the rights and all, but I didn't see him...? Spiderman was a pretty damn significant part of the comic arc and him not having his own movie during this stage is going to drastically change how they progress the overall story.

Spider-Man will be in it. This movie is May 2016, then Dr Strange and GoG2, then Spider-Man solo in July 2017. Yes, a lot of Spiderman's Civil War business/lines were probably given to Black Panther due to the late contract.

While it is Captain America Civil War, instead of a two part Marvel Civil War, a lot of major players are already placed for some very large twists, upsets, and passing of torches. Ambiguous as fuck on purpose.

That was like the third time we've tried to skirt Visions roles already.
