Captain America 3: CIVIL WAR (May 6, 2016)

Are we to spoiler anything comic book related in regards to Civil War story line? I'm asking because I was under impression everyone here, knew the roster division in comic books.

The impression I'm under is most people here dont have a clue about anything Marvel at all outside the the 90's Xmen/Spiderman cartoons, much less the twists, spoilers, and upsets of Civil War storyline.

Honestly, from what we've seen so far, the event that incited Superhero Registration Act in the comics, will be different than what is happening in the movie. Furthermore, the list of current characters in the movies, is no where near the amount of heroes participated in Civil War. So I think it would be hard to spoil anything by comparing either of the mediums.

One of the best moments in the comic, at least for me, was when Cap beats the shit out of Punisher for murdering a couple of villains Cap tried to recruit. And Punisher just takes it, because he can't raise a hand against someone he idolizes and respects. I'm betting someone's gonna die in the movie to show how serious the situation is.

It wouldn't be difficult at all to lay out the difference tweeks due to characters/movie rights they will be taking. Could easily spoil the shit out of everything with the core simply by legit answering questions that people have asked already in the thread, instead of being vague in spoilers. The catalyst has already been set up between Avengers 1, 2, and Cap2, plus spelled out in trailers. It was never going to mirror the comics because of Sandy Hook. Aside from that most of the players and pawns are already set up to play out exactly like the comics, besides the Fox properties, which were just fluff anyways. The only reason they jam so many characters in these huge crossovers is to sell more characters books that people normally wouldn't have picked up, hoping that they continue with them. Not exactly a secret.

And Banner is a biophysicist, but he and Tony have a Bromance. It's not unbelievable that Peter would look up to Iron Man, since he is a billionaire genius playboy philanthropist.

Which, honestly, is much more how I'd prefer to see it played off in the cinematic universe. If Parker is looking up to Stark, it should be for him being a one-lining, quipping jackass who doesn't give a fuck, not for his science degree.

Tony and Bruce def had a science bros thing going. They created the AI for Ultron together ffs. Plus the Veronica system was in place to keep Bruce in check (hell I think he had a part in creating it too, but I might be wrong) and he was cool with it. If that's not a bromance, I don't know what is.

I'll echo that Spidey idolizing Stark makes sense. I look forward to that introduction if they go that direction.

Iron Man is on the gubnet side that believes Super Heroes should only act with UN/Gubnet approval.

After Ironman/Hulk battle, Black Panther likely doesn't want superheroes acting in his country without his consent.

Isn't Winter Soldier's arm made of vibranium? Vibranium could always be the magafin or a catalyst to kick start the Wakanda conflict.

Edit: Or it's possible that WS kills T'chaka, hence why T'chala hunting him down and sides with Stark and US Govt.
