I'm thinking it will be something like 5:1 philo:myth conversion and that philo crafting items will simply cost 25 myth instead.

The big question for me is whether i90 crafted gear will require old "philo" mats + new myth mats, or just new myth mats.

I wouldn't make sense to make them use old philo items when they're getting rid of philo, regardless if you could buy them with mytho now. I want to add the obligatory "This is SE we're talking about tho".

What do you mean? You would still be able to buy coke, potash, etc... just with myth, instead.

I would be surprised if i90 crafted gear continued to use felt/wool-tier mats and did not use any vanya silk.

It could just be my line of thinking, but I'd hope they would add new crafting items that are mytho specific since they're essentially going to become the 'new' philo. Philo made i70 armor, hopefully mytho items will craft into i90 armor

There's still "philo" items used for furniture though, so they have to be available in some fashion.

Yeah, I'm not saying do away with them completely, but I wouldn't make them the essential pieces to craft the gear like it is now

I think there will be new ~125myth crafting mats, but you'll be able to buy the old "philo" mats for ~25 myth.

I'm sure they'll convert Philo Mats' cost using the same formula that they will use to convert our Philo to Myth.

They should've removed/raised the cap on Philo, left it in, and just had the higher dungeons drop like 200. It will honestly be harder to get Darklight now unless they have each dungeon dropping like 3-4 pieces of Darklight a round.

Who cares? Darklight is now Hoplite status. You'll be getting Mytho/Soldiery for your i90 and i100 shit.

This. More concerned with a Light Luggage x Storage slip deal where you can let an NPC hold entire armor sets and enable the player to auto pass said set when they farm dungeons.

Having to farm philo mats along with new myth mats is a nice cheap way to extend the grind to make crafted gear. We all know they did something similar in 2.0 so it won't be surprising to me if it happens.
