I'm not a fan of snitching, all I can say is watch out for BRDs and BLMs that will do 3-4 attempts or get as close to the 60 minute mark in the instance then start force dcing and log in and if people are still around disconnect again, it takes 20-30 minutes depending on good rng and the persons gear. Best thing you can do if you start seeing that is vote abandon while they're disconnected and it ruins their attempt and they have to find another group.

Granted it's cheating and all but would it really be that hard to just find 8 friends to enter you then leave?

Well SE knows about it and is either just waiting to ban all at once or doesn't care to investigate. The thread on the OF about it was deleted after the video was posted so they are trying to keep it on the low at least.

It would make sense to ban them when the content is no longer relevant, IE after patch 2.2. I doubt anyone will bother to do that shit then because they'll have better things to do it on.

If it's as popular as people are making it out to be, I would not be surprised. Especially if they're taking down the video/thread on the OF of it. Obviously it wouldn't be as huge a ban as lm-17, but I certainly wouldn't be surprised if I woke up tomorrow and checked the OF and saw it happen

Just reread it and found this for coil T1-5

* With a later update, the Echo buff will be applied to all party members upon incapacitation. Moreover, a full party will no longer be required to register via the Duty Finder.

So no echo for 2.2 on coil? or will it be on from start without needing a wipe

It sounded like it was "Engage for X minutes > wipe > gain echo stack +1 > repeat until at current cap" if it mirrors the EX modes and I remember what I read correctly.

Echo for coil starts in 2 weeks, and increases every 2 weeks after that.

So i'm guessing for the first 2 weeks of coil the only 'nerf' is what we experienced after 2.16 before they hotfixed it

No, the nerfs are detailed in the patch notes. You can also enter Coil with the DF as long as you have a full party.

I believe that was a mistake, and it should remain exactly how it is right now, except that you'll be able to run it to your heart's content.

Edit: Oh, yeah and the specifically-mentioned nerfs to ADS and such as mentioned in the post above/below.

Radz-at-Han Quenching Oil can be purchased from Auriana in Revenant’s Toll with Allagan tomestones of mythology. The equipment and items that can currently be purchased with mythology can be purchased in the same way in patch 2.2.

Wonder if they're be stupid and keep it the same price or just have it be whatever the exchange rate is on philosophy->myth. Either way, think I'll stock up on 6 of them before the update instead of changing points through the NPC.
