After winning last night, the Tigers didn't watch the ending to the KC/Chicago game, instead the entire team watched Jeters final at bat in pinstripes and farewell at Yankee Stadium.

"You could see it coming when the inning started," Scherzer said. "Jeter was hitting third. We all said Jeter was going to walk it off, we knew it. The thing is, though, how loud would they have booed if they walked him?"

The players sat transfixed by the scene for a good 20 minutes as Jeter made his way around the field saying his goodbyes.
