iPhone plebs. $5 for a 10ft USB to Micro USB for my Android.
Stop spending so much money on bullshit that only Apple can provide service/parts for.

Girls like my iPhone though. Wat do?
the point he's making is that there's a massive, massive mark-up on apple's end. Why do you think apple devices have special snowflake ports? they function exactly the same as any other port filling the same role, but if they used the standard ports you could just use some cheapo charger and apple couldn't charge you 20 bucks for theirs. every manufacturer used to do the same thing until they caught on that people fucking loathe it.
Well, thunderbolt ports are incredibly fast compared to the alternatives

But yeah that's not particularly relevant for a smartphone.
I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this, I ended up getting it from him for $300 even. Everything looks nearly new, the controllers still feel new as well and the rubber on the analog isn't slick like I remember the first time I played the PS4, feels like it has a grip. I traded both those games like I said I was and ended up with $42, used what I had left from my secret santa gift card and walked out with a nice special looking copy of The Witcher 3 packed with the full OST, map and other nice shit.
Spoiler: show
Money is going to be a little tight, but I have 0 regrets and am happy as fuck with this. For once my gut feeling paid off. I probably couldn't have found a good deal like this again. Dude said he was in college and didn't even have time to play it anymore and needed the cash.
Lightning cables are insanely cheap to make, the markup on those things are about as bad as the markup on batteries at radioshack.
Amazon has cheap cables (what are they, $6?) and if you searched you could beat that too.
Paying $20 for a lightning cable from Apple is sad.
I bought four cheap cables from Amazon for like ~$2 each... they lasted about 1-2 months each, even with extremely light/delicate use. Connections would break/fall apart or overheat.
The Amazon Basics cable is great though, I've had that for a solid 3 years now going strong. Still costs ~$12-15, but better than the Apple price; and it's better quality.
Managed to get two silver mario's and two jigglypuffs this morning for the wife and I.
Turned in a wallet with over $300.00 this past Sunday. Feels good man.
Lucina is going to be a bitch to get. I recommend camping Amazon today for the drop.

Half-hour windows and competing against everyone else, it's like FFXI all over again!
The Charizard I picked up this morning may end up being an extra. If it does end up being extra, I'll let you know.
Never had sketchy hotel room sex, was ok
Got Charizard. Pissed at Amazon over Lucina. Had it in my cart but i wasn't showing prime so thought I misclicked, and then sold out. Robin didn't even show up on Amazon for me, though I may have one through Tiger Direct, which if it does go through, will let me be able to trade for a spare Lucina hopefully.
