Conversely I delay turning on the heat in the late fall / early winter as long as possible and, for awhile growing up, did not have heat in my room (converted attic not a part of the HVAC) and slept under 3+ blankets so I am very very used to being cold and leave the AC on 24/7 march-october in a temperate climate.

Sounds like me. We rarely use the heat (Even tho we are in MI) for our home in the winter. We have a fireplace in the living room, and blankets that come from hell in the bedroom. I love those cheap 40/50 dollar months for gas/ele. That said, the second it gets above 75, my AC is on 24/7. I remember a comcast guy coming last summer who thanked us for having the AC set to "Winter".

Finally got around to cleaning out the spare bedroom closet. Found my neo geo pocket, atari 7800, game gear, snes and a shit ton of games for all of them. Also found my copy of marvel civil war comics and hardback copy of the sunwell trilogy.
