Got mine fixed at 3.785 for 30. Settlement lawyer was sayin pretty soon shit is going to start jumping to 4-6% and continue to rise in the coming years. She said some other legal speak about she wouldn't be surprised if people start taking 11% "not fixed"(?) in five years. Can't remember the terminology she used because frankly I didn't care.

Chicago home buyers are getting at each other's throats (figuratively). The supply is extremely low and anyone selling can close out in less than a week. There's some home reno's going on but barely any new construction to increase the supply in the outer metro area.

Haha I have been on a ckd routine for a month or so while lifting and went to a house warming the other day. Was wondering after 3 glasses of Bourbon I didn't feel anything so I had another. All of a sudden I melted into a chair and felt like I couldn't breathe, hit me like a brick wall. Then I had more. Nearly the drunkest I've ever been.

Girlfriend's friend got married Saturday so we went to the wedding down in Charlottesville Virginia. Reception had an open bar so I ended up having around 12 bourbon gingers. One of her friends let us stay at her place for free after.

Sunday, my gf took us to a vineyard for wine tasting and the place cost $7 bucks to sample 21 different wines. And then bought a bottle for $13.

Spent most of my weekend drinking for the cost of $20 and some gas money.

Apparently the rec center on campus flooded today after a pipe burst. That pipe was one of the main pipes used to run many of the air conditioners on campus. Sounds like a fail, but actually it was win for me, because this happened pretty much right as I was leaving campus and it didn't affect me in the slightest. I only knew about it because of people posting on yik yak.
