Cocktail Hour:
Burrata Bar and another table with charcuterie. 8 passed hor d'oeurves: crab cakes, lamb tagine, tuna tartar spring rolls, grilled cheese w/ tomato soup, duck pate, portobello frites, petite filet mignon, chicken and ginger dumplings.

Dinner:
App - Kennett Square mushroom risotto app
Salad - salt baked beet with red quinoa and ricotta salata
Entree - beef tenderloin with morels and fingerling potatoes/whole grilled branzino with some kind of puree/sweet pea ravioli with asparagus and carrots. All three entrees were delicious. I had the tenderloin; cooked a perfect medium rare and tender enough to cut with a fork.

Dessert: Passed during drinks/dancing
1. Peanut Butter Smore tartlets
2. Chocolate caramel sea salt bar
3. Petit pot de creme
4. Cheese cake bites
5. Lemon meringue tart
6. carrot cake whoopie pies
7. spiced chocolate truffles

Wedding cake: Blondie with dried fruit under cheesecake, layer of vanilla mousse, vanilla cake, more mousse. 3 tier cake decorated with dried fruit, white and dark chocolate.

Unfortunately wouldn't let me get too crazy with the beer they served. I'm guessing they have specific suppliers. Had Blue Point Toasted Lager, Bronx Pale Ale, and boring Blue Moon.

Nothing too crazy, we just thought it'd be a good fall evening snack. Think it was a mix of gouda and gruyere and a well seasoned tomato soup shot. Cup was wide enough to dip the grilled cheese triangle in if that's your thing (and it should be).

Was going to stay onsite for our week long disneyland trip in December. Was going to be approximately 2k+ for the hotel. Wife found an orbitz sale on a good neighbor hotel that's 3 minute walk from the free disneyland shuttle for 850 for the entire stay.

My corporation announced today that location and plans for our future head office. Downtown Winnipeg, next to the True North Centre (owners of the NHL team) they're building and next to the newly expanded convention center too. It'll be like 2020 by the time we move in, but can't wait to be in that core area during work hours and not looking over my back every 10 seconds expecting to get stabbed.
