Easier said then done. This whole holiday period all my coworkers kept bringing in tons of cookies their significant others made... and none of them would eat them. Can't really let food go to waste... other than that though I just hide them somewhere not easily gotten (yay for cabinets way to high for a normal person to get to) and wait till cheat day and eat all the cookies or whatever unless I forget I have them and get a cake
fucking barbarians up in here throwing out perfectly good cookies
what the fuck is wrong with you guys. got weak stomachs? cant handle more than one type of cookie? there's room for both in my belly.
I'm A-OK with throwing away food. Instead of being bothered that hobos can't eat the last four bites of my sandwich, I am mostly just indignant about our lack of an equitable food distribution system. OH WELL! NOTHING TO BE DONE!
Despite being okay with throwing away food, I must admit that my jimmies rustle gently at the idea of trashing thin mints.
Dos-i-do's are okay too. I had two of them last night.
I eat pretty much anything that would be thrown away unless it's gross. Food is delicious put that stuff in your tummy! If you don't wanna can I have it?
Trefoils, the most boring possible cookie.
Samoas or GTFO. Though thin mints are occasionally acceptable
i haven't had girl scout cookies in forever, man. i dont even remember which are my favorites. i recall that as a kid i loved thin mints, but my tastes have changed over the years so idk if i still do. i've been saving my money so i should have some to spend; i think if a scout comes up and wants to sell me some im just gonna buy one box of each, assuming that's not too much. for some reason, though, ive never seen any try to sell anything here. there were some girls that sold some bracelets and whatnot once, i bought a little string bracelet for a quarter. i would think apartment buildings like this would be prime pickings: multiple households at once. even if you have an order rate of 1 in 4 households, that averages out to every single stop (defined as entering an entry hall) placing an order.
are they like just plain ones? cos sometimes those are nice. maybe a little bit of glazing. almonettes (not girl scout, just walmart brand) were one of my favorites for a while.
also, i would think apartment buildings like this would be ideal from a parent's perspective, too. you just sit in the entryway and let your kid do their thing, supervising from a respectful distance while also only being like 4 feet away.
shiiit, it's not like this is a BAD neighborhood. Not the best, but the worst Ive ever heard about is petty theft and marijuana.
They are stale-ish sugar cookies.
Trefoils are shortbread cookies. Good with tea or something, very plain otherwise.
