Yeah I think it was Elvis, but I'm pretty sure he was banned because him and someone else literally flooded the first page with I/P threads on top of derailing everything else. At least that's how I remember it.

Apparently I misread the ruling and last call is still 2AM, but now bars and nightclubs are allowed to stay open until 4AM from their former mandated closing time of 2:30am. Apparently a few nightclub and bar owners were pissed that they were losing business to restaurant/sports bars that were already allowed to be open until 4am because they were primarily a dining establishment and thus avoided the mandated 2:30am closing time for clubs/bars. Meh, this is much less cool than I thought.
