The interview itself probably ultimately adds up to about 5-6 hours without the smoke breaks, snack breaks, piss breaks, break breaks, me taking him out to Logan's for dinner, etc. That's the part they don't show you on TV kids. I'm sure Blubbarton though is an expert in my profession considering he's essentially the profile of my clientele. But hey! The system set him up amirite!?

Once again, your description of events doesn't add up. If you had all the evidence in the world to have him convicted, then you were 100% wasting your time obtaining a confession. Why waste such a huge amount of time when there's other children you could've been helping, or other terrible people you could've investigated to get sent away?

Also, for what it's worth, coercion doesn't have to be done aggressively or through intimidation - it can be done just as well (sometimes easier) by chumming up to someone and trying to convince them you're looking out for them. If you think that won't make a naive person lie if they think they're fucked (even when innocent), then you're very naive yourself.

I've already answered your dumbass questions on one of my previous posts here. I'll be a little bit more specific on evidence; SAFE kits on both victim and subject, confirmed semen of subject on victim clothing, eye witnesses putting the subject on scene, facebook messages of subject asking the victim to fuck, and neither party disputing sexual acts occurred. You're essentially defending a 28 year old having sex with a girl who's 13. His confession was just something I wanted him to own it.

His greatest defense? "Hodorr i thought she wuz 18!" Despite confiscated facebook messages saying otherwise a month before the incident with her telling him she was 13. Consider this the last time I'm going to entertain your nonsense.
