I want people to be scared of how much they love me.
I want people to be scared of how much they love me.
i would have an expiration date. i would literally shit myself to death over the course of a few months. maybe a year. hell, who knows, i might even make it out to two years. Probably not much longer than that, though, unless by some miracle the sudden change in lifestyle caused my crohn's to go into remission.
Somehow got approved for a 0%/60 month loan on a new car today.
My credit isn't that great, so kinda surprised by this.
Goodbye 6% car loan
Through the dealership?
I found the banks were giving me terrible rates even with a credit rating in the mid 700s. They were trying to give me between 5% and 8% depending on the bank. The dealership gave me their promotional rate without any issue (2.9% for my WRX) and said I qualified for their 0% and .9% on their other models.
I think the banks are just crazy. As much as people say to shop it around, it didn;t work for me.
Congrats on the killer rate. What'd you get?
Nice. Comparable car to my WRX and a better rate. Color me jealous.
Eww, Ford. After my nightmare with the Fusion, I'll never buy another one again.
I had a 2010? Fusion that I had no issues with. I've had more issues with my local Subaru dealer than anything. Shoddy workmanship that I've had to call corporate about multiple times.
Stupid shit like not attaching the undercarriage or fender linings correctly so they fall/flap while driving. Bring it back around to see they're damaged and all they offer is a "sorry" and clip it back up. Don't replace the damaged linings until I call corporate and explain what happened.
That's why I got rid of my Wrx a few years ago.
Replacement parts that only Subaru makes/sells, that also require a Subaru specific tool to remove? No thanks
(Power steering rack mainly lol)
I think this is hit or miss with any car company. I really love my Nissan but I have had to call corporate several times over stupid shit. Like when I bought the truck the dealer said they would give me two keys and two key fobs for remote entry but when I picked up the truck they only had the keys and no fobs. When I went back to pick them up they tried to charge me for them I think $200 each.
I had paperwork stating it would come with them so I called corporate up and they made the dealer give them to me...
As far as actually mechanical issues, I bring it to my local mechanic. He's awesome, does a great job, and will give you discounts for cash payment. Parts can be bought through the dealerships or online if really necessary, but most of the time he's able to get anything he needs.
Only thing he hasn't been able to find for me up until this point is a new gas tank for a 1990 Eagle Talon. Understandable this would be hard to find.
Only time I've brought my WRX into the dealership is for warranty/recall maintenance. They still manage to fuck it up.
Finished one of the huge assignments that I have due for the semester. It's a huge weight off and now I only have minor shit (and finishing my internship) to worry about. Graduation here I come!
Little things have been making today pretty okii so far. Yay. That's all.
Grats Aks!
I think I remember that now. It had something to do with the headliner at one point. And they tried to put you in a Chrysler 200 or something tiny, right?
I mean, a lemon is a lemon. My wife's aunt got a lemon as well (a Kia) and they moved on. I wouldn't put down the whole brand, but you're obviously entitled to your opinions.
Even after the dumb shit with this Subaru dealer I still love my WRX and my 2000 Outback was (and still is) amazing too. Outback was in much better shape before my younger brother got his hands on it, though.
