Random fail: vet receptionist job didn't work out. the people who were training me the first day (which was only 2 hours and I observed) were a no show for my second day and I was expected to be the receptionist in the afternoon without training lol was one of the most awkward, anxiety filled days. Work is important to me so I always want to make a good impression. Hard to do that when not trained. Also didnt sign a w4 or any paper work. Was a very sketchy place in general... only one doctor as well. Guess he makes all the employees quit since he's an ass.

Random win: already got another job at an Albertson's less than 5 mins down the street from my house. I been trying to get a job there for months and I finally bugged the hiring manager enough! Orientation is next Saturday. Overall I'm happier with the Albertsons job because of union benefits and being right down the street from my house.

I enjoy the stoner type comedy movies like Grandmas Boy etc... I mean how bad can a movie with McLovin in it really be? Hopefully will get a few good laughs anyways, never really expect much other than a few laughs with this genre anyways haha

Nah it's fine, just wish it was funnier. Much love to mclovin and Miles as well as Anna. First time I saw the trailer I was like WELL THIS WILL BE THE BEST MOVIE EVER. then I learned it was filmed in 2012

Hadn't even heard of the movie, was just looking on IPT and was like "what's this?" watched the trailer and was like fuck Ill give this a shot! Kind of thought Miles looked super young compared to in Divergent, makes sense now since you say it was filmed in 2012

2. School is finally in escrow for a new location. They have been saying for awhile we were going to move to a local community college that is "supposedly" building a high school on their campus. The date of the move somehow keeps getting pushed back. Well, the school ended up buying a location that I guess a private school is abandoning. It's still extremely close to the community college, and while the area is not fabulous, it's better than the one we're at. The campus will have a field, a small stage, and even a library! Weeeee.

Possible bonus: Principal still insists we are also getting the college site "when" it gets built, and she wants to turn this other site into a junior high school. Meaning I could transition back to middle school. Yay!

What, exactly, is the purpose of a library in a modern school? Doesn't every student have a tablet and google? And if they don't, can we get our schools to a 2000 standard please? We only spend about 2 Trillion in education in this country every year. wtf a library. I love books, but I'm not checking out Encyclopedia Britannica for my paper on Peruvian exports.
