Here's a funny story about NYC's ongoing Ice Cream wars.

Before I read it, is this that Mister Softee vs whoever thing?

The Health Department was chasing down Mister Softees last year (I think, maybe year before) because their trucks weren't being inspected before they sent them out. Outside our office we had a rainbow of ice cream mixes, those dips, and random other toppings.
