Khaki shorts can be bought for reasonable prices at most department stores, yo. Or you could find some good ones at places like American Eagle or Banana Republic if you are willing to deal with the youths.

the fuckin yootz
Wow. You think I'm much heavier than I actually am.
I always assume everyone is fat. It's easier.
i'm 6'3," pretty skinny, and my tastes run to the more understated type stuff: muted earth tones, conservative cuts, etc. i barely tolerate long shorts, short shorts would drive me insane. it's not even a body image thing, i just dislike that style for myself. edit: might have been overstating the rule, tho, idk. i just generally try to find longer shorts.
i'll have to check out other places. we just went to target cos it was close and we had to be somewhere. i don't usually wear shorts, which is why i had exactly one pair (also cargo, and too short and too tight at the waist, to boot). prolly get rid of that pair, so i figure i should get at least one more pair, no cargo, so i have a bit more choice in this stupid awful weather. also probably ditch a few more of my pairs of jeans, just to clear out some clutter. this one pair has stupid shallow pockets that i hate, so they're going. a couple other pairs are too tight at the waist now that i'm back to my pre-diagnosis weight.
also, i am perfectly content being unstylish. that shit always runs in cycles. they'll be popular again someday, and i like what i like. not really attached to cargo shorts, but i'm not gonna stop wearing them if i feel like it.

Have stayed in regular and presidential suite here and would recommend: http://www.bhh.com/
And have good things about this, but haven't stayed myself: https://clubquartershotels.com/boston
BHH is the titties. Wharf Room wedding was fucking amazing.
Can recommend for non-peasant antics.
Yeah my mom had her wedding there on new year's eve. Can't remember which room it was, aside from being 100% sure that it was whatever the most over-the-top room was. Texted my step-dad, he'll know.
Edit: That's also where I did my first honeymoon, hence the pres. suite. We barely left the room, it was fantastic.
Edit 2: Was also Wharf Room.
Probably one of the best wedding venues I've been to, tbh.
This kid is too smart for his own good. He heard me on the phone haggling with a garage owner. I told the owner I had a counter offer for him. So I go to give Noah his sippy cup at bedtime and he's holding two cars. I tell him I'll give him the cup for the cars. He gives me one car and asks for the bottle. I ask him what he's doing and he says counter obber.
That's fucking adorable.
Will probably do a better job too.
