no offense but i've never really pegged you as a guy that cares whether or not he's in style. If I had to guess I would say only about 10% of this board cares about their appearance to begin with.

I am a solid 7% of that 10%.

my nephews wore their suits to my grand-niece's baptism. any excuse, right? too bad i didn't think of it.

my older nephew's suit looked like it was pretty nice, my younger nephew's suit was nice but obviously not fitted for him (it was a $20 good will purchase) and mine's just a Men's Warehouse suit. Nothing special, but decent enough for as rarely as I get to wear it.

If I had a job that required business casual, I would drop at least $1000 on upgrading my wardrobe. Alas, blue collar casual attire wearing clothes & shoes I don't mind getting ruined by bleach/acetic acid/chemicals that you don't want to get your nice clothes in contact with.

I'm not opposed to fine fashion and looking good in suits, rather it's just a low priority due to my need to prioritize my limited income on things like rent, truck payments, bills, etc. I've had two suits in my lifetime and the last one I wore was in my early 20s, I'm sure I can't fit in it anymore. I do have two blazers I'll use for special occasions that have sufficed for now, though.

Ran into my old commander at Chipolte, wound up with a free lunch as a thank you for all the work I did for 5+ years at the Sheriff's office. Felt good knowing that I've been gone 2 years now and still appreciated over there and wanted back.

Yeah similar for me. My work isn't always conducive to wearing really nice stuff and when I'm out and about... well I live in Cali I'm gunna wear something cool and my finances are such no way I'd get some suits just for random occasions. Did get some for an interview a few years back in NH and shit was still hot as fuck. Also I can't do ties unless there is a damn good reason

Eh, I was a fan of the Parmesan Garlic and Cajun flavors. They're not top tier but definitely more then edible for a chain restaurant.

Went there years ago when it was under a different name with the FF11 linkshell. Santa Clara but that's the best I can come up with without the trek out to SF proper.
