Probably will eventually but just don't really feel like dealing with the hassle of setting everything up. I just got insurance to avoid paying the penalty so haven't really set anything up or looked into what exactly I need to do and where to go lol. Same reasons I never really went to the VA either... that and the people all made it sound even more difficult.

Should probably say that my injury was more or less external. Very deep abrasion/avulsion though some gravel did get pushed in deep. Actually walked home from it and cleaned it out. Protip no matter how used to using antiseptics on normal wounds it still hurts like a mother on larger deeper ones. Would've went into work the next day but the other side of my body that wasn't getting ground into the asphalt banged into my bike hard enough that had to take a day off. So while yes there is most likely permanent nerve damage in that area since I tore off a huge amount of skin and what's grown back is still weird and plasticky looking with little sensation 2 years later it's just skin so my main fear is I didn't clean it out good enough and still some stuff in there causing trouble since I definitely found some pieces of gravel I missed the first time when I went to clean it out again a month after accident.

Try mixing things up with other greens. Spinach has different nutrients from, say, chard. I know because Tortoises can't handle spinach in large amounts. Makes em sick. Maybe you're a tortoise.

Oh will do. Or at least just other good nutrient sources. Got a bunch of bell peppers the other day went great in my ginger chicken. I think it might have been the whole getting 2000% of my dv of K for a few days in the row that was kind of bad. If that's the case shard probably also bad.

Baby bok choy is one if my recent favorite greens , it's versatile and takes to seasoning well. Swiss chard and spinach are good in moderation I can't overdo it on those too often unless it's in a composed dish like sautéed spinach and garlic with seared chicken, etc.

Mixed greens salads might be a decent option too. Kale isn't as horrible as it sounds either.

On keto I still keep veggies at a lower count than my protein and meats and indulge in berries once in awhile. And why ruin a burger with produce ?!

2012 Black Honda Civic Si, 6 speed coupe with sunroof.

Dude was the only owner, took pretty good care of it, just had a commute so it's at 100k miles. Had it checked out with the mechanic, nothing major but should replace the timing belt soon just in case. He had it listed at 10,500 and sold it to me for 9,500.

2012 with a timing belt? I thought everything was timing chain's since like 2007. I know my 08 civic was a timing chain.

That sounds really off , I work for Acura and Lexus and since Acura is luxury Honda, I find it really weird a NEWER car would have a belt at all. Just saying to make sure to revisit that because in theory the chain should never need replacing.

However if it's a sport coupe it might be different hence the belt maybe but still double check on that. I did read that some V6 engine models still have a belt.

It's a chain. Honda ceased all manufacturing of timing belts in 2006.

Most sources that I'm reading are still saying belt for the V6.*

Manual uses timing belt/chain in the text. Also refers to 'drive belt'

But can't find exactly what I'm looking for yet. (Edited above post.)

If it doesn't have a belt, I'll be sooooo happy and I'll chew the mechanic out. Dude said it was a belt.
