What I discussed with my therapist my first session. I still wear one have no doubt but I feel lucky that the need to has begun to diminish.

Though in other areas I still retain it and always will. It's hell , I can relate.

You do in a way , at least I did. Several years back my husband was at a loss how to help and wanted me to just "be happy". The problem was I had been hiding so long I didn't know what that meant or how to achieve it let alone who I was at all. It really took some patience on both our sides , time and in the end me hitting rock bottom to the point I felt so scared to leave the house for a week I was "forced" into seeking my options.

Living it myself I've gained a better understanding for my friends who struggle at least, so they know they can be real with me without judgement.

Question, does anyone have experience with IKEA furniture? I have zero furniture in my house and i've been moved in for almost a year now. Are there any other good cheap options for furniture? Looking for temp furniture that lasts for a few years since I rent out rooms and don't want to risk good furniture being destroyed.

if you want cheap, go to Wal-Mart or thrift stores. can get decent stuff from either place for low prices. ikea is expensive.
