Look how far we've come BG where getting your girlfriend pregnant appears in the Win thread instead of the Fail thread.

bg growed up
How many times have we had this exact conversation? For some reason people are still amazed at how old as fuck we all are and how most of us have families or super awesome poly relationships or both...
Hard to believe I have been posting on BG for 11 years now and reading it even longer.
Fuck has it been that long? Damn. Time flies.
For about a week you sorted yourself out. If you don't like how dude operates stop fucking following him around like a little puppy. Walk away. I realize your self esteem is absolute garbage, but you contribute to that way more than he ever could. This is basically how I envision you. But way less confident.
only those who saw that thread can appreciate how funny that shit is
Scored a Logitech Z506 5.1 Surround today for $35 new at Walmart. I've never had 5.1 or a "real" home audio system. Excited to hook this up!
And my dreams of 5.1 are dashed. Sounds worse than my 3 year old refurbished Logitech Z323 2.1. Buzzing from one of the speakers and the rest sounded empty. Oh well. At least I can return them.
Got invited to photograph the Ferrari Challenge at the Mazda Laguna Seca raceway. Had so much fun today photographing the races. The media pass gets me into some unique locations on the track too.
do you only do sports, or music venues as well?
I think I'm buying a house fam.
Offer was accepted two weeks ago, inspection was done Saturday, HUD inspector said we should be able to do all the work that needs to be done within the budget we planned, now we got to find some contractors to give us quotes to do the work.
I got bombarded by my wife with texts this morning from our realtor for contractor suggestions and I already had 5-6 I was going to call. Problem now is that the house is 1hr 40mins from our current place so it's not so easy to just head up there to meet the contractors to get estimates.
are you commuting 2 hrs to work every day?
I just went through the same- my closing is june 2nd D: that feel when first house and I have almost no furniture. Gonna be eating on the floor with paper plates for a while
Yeah about 1hr 45 to work for now. Been thinking of making a change, but I need to wait until after we close on the house otherwise we won't be able to get the mortgage. It isn't so bad, though. Most of the drive is clear of traffic, it's the same areas I hit traffic now that will be bad either way.
Dutchess. Don't want to say where exactly, but when we fix this house up it should start at 450k if we want to resell, but we'll probably only be 325k in. That's pretty much the only reason I'm willing to make that commute; the equity.
I dislike my 15 min commuTE lol I can't imagine nearly 2 hrs
It already takes 45-50 mins for me to get in to work. Originally, we were looking for stuff about an hour from my work place, but this was a rare opportunity to be in a nice town within a block either direction of the main streets with restaurants, shops, and bars while still having a fair amount of outdoor space and a 1900SF home.
Jesus. My commute is going to go from across the street from office/metro to 30 mins drive to office/metro and i want to fucking die. I can't imagine anything longer good lord you must be super human.
