Took Exam 3 in my class last night. For a bit of background, I was carrying a 108.5% average thanks to the extra credit on all of the exams. Didn't feel as confident about this one, but wasn't stressing out about it.

Completely forgot I signed up for an LCD Class action lawsuit a couple years ago. Today received a check in the mail for $130.

Damn, and I thought I was lucky opening the mailbox to find a check for $38 from none other than the state of New York. Tax rebate check that was from to our school district staying below the 2% Tax Cap.

Then 2 days later my wife got $18 from a class action lawsuit against Toyota. Something about their marketing around the "unintended acceleration" problems them were having with a lot of their vehicles a few years ago. She owned a Toyota (ScionTC), but never signed up for any lawsuit or had problems with said unintended acceleration.

Flushed the toilet and it started acting like it was gonna clog. After about 5 seconds it finally went down.

Friend is SoCal within the last year or so has seriously taken up cooking and baking. He asked for our address to send some fudge and other treats he is trying out before the holidays. It arrived today and he included some homemade toffee that is fucking amazing. Extra win is that hubby hates toffee so it's all mine.

Thankfully he has never showed any interest in it that I'm aware of. I don't care who does it but it's not something I desire to do myself ( and yes I have tried it many times when I was younger).

Man I tried making fudge once and I failed so hard. I found some easy cheating recipe to make it (can't remember it all, but it was something like melt chocolate chips and mix it with condensed milk or something), but still not the real deal.

If I could make decent fudge everyone would get some for Xmas and the present shopping worries in my life would be over.

We have a special recipe for fudge..but don't ask me for it lol. I'd have to kill you. (Southern thing; we don't tend to share family recipes and we always say that when someone asks) But if you want to see if someone put it online, it's called Million Dollar Fudge. That way I don't have to say anything. XD
