Same shit, diff day. Pretty sure the last two times this has happened, I started with a simple post - Nothing mean, but he's trained now. It's awesome, I say anything and he starts the fire, and I get to be creative.

As for the dick pics, I tried scouring my harddrives but this was at least 3+ years ago so I've been through a couple wipes and a lot of lost information. I tried going through skype but alas he either took me off/blocked me so I can't even go back to the chat logs. Or at least I don't know how.

Today was my last day at the middle school where I've been going to the classroom weekly and interacting with the kids, which included teaching some lessons. I taught my final lesson today, and it went well, but that’s not the point of this post.

Toward the end of class I let the kids know that well, it’s my last day because the semester is almost over, and i was treated to a chorus of “WHATTTT?” and “WHYYY?” from the kids, which really surprised me. Of course I thanked them for being so great, told them that I hope they learned a lot and told them that I definitely learned a lot, and how great it has been to get to know them over the past few months.

A couple of the kids told me I’d be a great teacher and one of the kids who - if I’m being honest - I thought didn’t like me at all told me that any kids would be lucky to have me as a teacher. That same kid asked me when I’m going to graduate, and if I’ll be teaching high school so maybe I can teach him when he gets there … the fact that I already have kids who want to be my students after only having taught three lessons … I got seriously choked up at that point.

A couple of the girls came up and gave me hugs, too. Some of them wished me luck and thanked me for coming in and it … well fuck guys, it made me feel like I have made the right decision here. Even now thinking about it I’m getting tears in my eyes, I never thought that only three individual, isolated lessons would resonate like this, but they did.

I’m gonna miss those kids.

Probably high school - 9th or 10th grade, but I'll be certified for 6-12.

Got an email from the dean at the school I will be temporarily working out. I guess they have a production assistant for their plays that can't start working yet, so he wondered if I would like to fill in until the new guy can take over.

Man. That was a fucking good feeling, I totally said yes. Something I don't mention much, but when I went to college I had planned on being a stage manager for a living (until I realized you can't HAVE a life as a SM). I haven't gotten to work in the theatre in about ten years. God this will be a good feeling, even if it is for a short time.

Oh, that sounds so fun! I also miss being a part of theatrical stuff. I think I may try to find some things on campus I can get into, like an improv group or something. Of course, when I graduate and start teaching, I'll get close with the art department at my school.

Today when I met with my professor at the middle school she was moderating the talent show auditions, and it was really great to watch the kids show their stuff. There was a cheerleading group (who are better as 7th/8th graders than I ever was), a couple hip hop dancers, a kid doing magic tricks, a pianist, and some singers that I saw in the half hour I was hanging out, just soaking it in. Being in the school environment is so much fun like that, watching kids put their hearts into something and perform it is even better. I remember that feeling and I definitely miss it.

Someone on a FB clothing group I am in posted a coupon code for an online retailer I had yet to try. Ended up with their sale items an extra 50% off then a coupon code for another 40% off that before they "fixed" it.
Got 5 dresses and 2 cardigans for under $100 . As the average price of one of their dresses is usually around 90 bucks I am fucking ecstatic.
