the third Coil track is what you hear when the game switches between the other 2 tracks
It should be about a 500-700HP increase, if anything that's an extra hit in current dungeons, less if you end up fighting a monster that wont let you los their spells like Void Thunder CMXVII
BUT DEFENSE
So much hype for the patch and I won't even be able to play for most of the day when it hits![]()
I think you may be right. I knew the achievement system recognized progress from prior to that patch, but in the 1.20 notes (when Achievements were implemented), they specifically point out which achievements would not recognize prior data:
It looks like those are all the DoH/DoL achievements.Progress towards the following achievements will begin with the release of 1.20. No prior data will count towards earning them.
Going with the Grain / Working the Bellows / Pounding Out the Dents / Cutting the Carats / Hiding in Plain Sight / Threading the Needle / Mixing It Up / Savoring the Realm / Mining Your Own Business / Mining Your Own Business: La Noscea / Mining Your Own Business: Black Shroud / Mining Your Own Business: Thanalan / Rocking Around the Clock: La Noscea / Rocking Around the Clock: Black Shroud / Rocking Around the Clock: Thanalan / Logging the Hours: La Noscea / Logging the Hours: Black Shroud / Logging the Hours: Thanalan / Reaping What You Sow: La Noscea / Reaping What You Sow: Black Shroud / Reaping What You Sow: Thanalan / Good Things Come to Those Who Bait: La Noscea / Good Things Come to Those Who Bait: Black Shroud / Good Things Come to Those Who Bait: Thanalan / Getting Giggy with It: La Noscea / Getting Giggy with It: Black Shroud / Getting Giggy with It: Thanalan / Beginner's Luck / I Make My Own Luck / Luck's Got Nothing to Do with It / I Got This!
Thinking back, when I said 1.0 progress towards Luminary carried over for me it's probably because I didn't start crafting a lot, including a lot of turbocrafting, until after those achievements got added in. Coincidentally. I just ended up making a lot of Cobalt and Felt stuff.
Okay so reading back, I thought the original poster of this sub-thread was saying "pre-2.0 synths/crafts didn't count". So this was my mistake, I wasn't aware of the fact that pre-1.20 progress wasn't tallied toward Luminary tools, and so I thought the above quote was referencing the 2.0 achievement not counting 1.0 progress.
The achievement progress for the gathering did carry from 1.0 to 2.0, that's what I was talking about. (though for some weird reason the fieldcraft/tradecraft leve counts didn't, or at least they didn't for me).
Tradecraft should've as it was a "local" leve. Fieldcraft wouldn't have because it was "regional" and the regional leve progress was thrown into the battlecraft progress for 2.0 (since most regional leves were battlecraft)
Ok so I'm late to the party because of work, but if we have already cleared every dungeon in game pre 2.2, we need to clear them again now to gain access to high level roulette? Or just if you haven't cleared any, do you do those first to open up roulette again?
You have to have cleared all dungeons in the set to access the roulette. No pharos clear = no roulette access for that set
I wonder if that only applies to the new roulette, 'cause I've still never set foot in Copperbell (Hard). I guess we'll see.
It applies to old ones as well. Better get on that Copperbell.
Download just finally went live for me
So ilvl100 Atma Axe is still worse than T5. Lol.
