acquiring atma through fates officially the worst idea I have seen out of this game since launch of ARR. Would prefer XI magian trials to this shit.

Just to double check, has anyone figured out if you can get an atma from a random fate in zone? or does it have to be a specific one?

The consensus seems to be that it can be any FATE, with a slight increase in likelihood from a Boss-style FATE.

edit: By consensus I mean random threads/reddit/FATE parties where we have been shooting the shit.

I'm guessing 5%, and that's a pure guess with no data other than generally people saying: "This shit sucks".

Would be nice if you can get it while lvling an alt job. Nobody has truely confirmed it either way since every post has been from people using their respective Relic weapons while doing FATEs.

Quest description, or the little grey box advisory when you accept the quest, says you have to use the Relic Zenith for the FATE.

Is there any info out there on the new unspoiled nodes? Times, slots items are in, etc. All I know is 370+ gathering for them and nothing more =/

Edit: Well I found some stuff, including nodes that require <408 gathering. Looks like even with max melds and food you can't quite make it, which seems to FORCE you to gather enough umbral rocks to get the new mining tool in order to get some of the new materials.

Levi extreme pretty easy in i90 once people get the hang of dodging. Been farming it to try and get weapons before T6 since Twin royally dicked our ranged dps. Still no ranged weaps. Whelp.
