Weathered soldiery gear would be my guess. Bonus: Because it's i100, you don't have to upgrade all slots. I mean, you can run ST if you want, but I prefer to not rely on luck.

I don't know what the text says, but it means that you need more gathering to get the most-rare stuff from quick ventures. The max-tier is whatever gathering it takes to do the XV field exploration (408+).

No, you guys are mistunderstanding. Not the 18h exploration ventures. The 1hr quicks (costs 2 ventures, usually brings fish...that one). Even if you are decked out in miner gear with a ton of gathering, I get the message "With better gear, your retainer may be able to procure rarer items.". What the hell kind of gear matters for the 1hr quicks?

Maybe you missed it, but a few updates ago they made it so that if your retainer had the necessary stats for the highest level 18hr venture it would allow them to get better items from Quick ventures as well.

The addition of a new tier of exploration venture with 2.4 (XV) has either added another tier to that increase or raised the necessary amount (I get the impression it's the former).

99% sure the gathering requirements for FSH are lower than those of MIN/BTN, otherwise it would be impossible.

I think for fisher its 342? Maybe 348 can't remember exactly.
