I'm sure someone did; people always do retarded shit like that. Even on fanfest VIP tickets, there were people entering in ">VIPFFXIV<" for the promo code when the code clearly was "VIPFFXIV." Other people did "vipffxiv" instead and bitched that SE didn't warn it was case sensitive. I'm not really sure why people think things like that are good ideas, but there's always a good amount of people who will do shit like that. I like to think of it as a subset of natural selection.

Pfft. Det IV was 400-500k pre-nexus on Ragnarok, and spiked to 800-900k after 2.38. I don't know what's with this server, but prices on some things are stupid.
