Can't even get into a Hydra DF queue. It's really silly, lol.

You can blame that largely on a lot of people not having trial DR because they haven't done the Hildibrand quests yet.

Since the patch, every zone has been like 1/1 ~ 1/4 for me... except Upper La Noscea which was 1/50+ since the patch. Fuck that place. :<

Yeah I just realized this when I queued up for my mnk book. I think "maybe it won't be that bad". 45 minutes later I was proven wrong.

i dual box low lvl dungeons with my mule war, or SCH (lol can afk and let EOS do everything)

The FATEs listed in each book, is there a way to spawn the specific FATEs or is it just a random pop in each zone?

The only thing worth mentioning as far as FATEs go is that FATEs in the same vicinity generally can't be up at the same time. For example, Giant Seps and [That other FATE closer to Whitebrim] can't be up at the same time. If there's another FATE close to the one you're waiting on, go and clear it so yours can spawn faster.

I also kill the monsters in the area, but idk if that actually does anything other than help me pass the time.

How do you dual box? Same as ffxi or...?

You can run multiple instances of the game on a single PC. Just run the launcher and change the login information. It's not like the game requires that much resource to run two instances of.

Yes to multiple weapons, but only equipped will get points added to their total.

As an extra aside, if you're a PLD, you'll need to soulglaze your PLD Sword/Shield separately (if I recall correctly), and their light tallies are counted individually, so you'll need them BOTH equipped if you want to get light for them both.

Yeah. Paladins should be clued in to the fact that Holy Shield and Curtana both have their own options for enhancement in the menu, but there are some real geniuses out there. You'll get double-messages at the end of a trial, too. "Curtana glows with <light>!" "Holy Shield glows with <light>!"

There was a post in the complaint thread (or random fail, I forget) of someone's friend not knowing to do both and ended up with a Nexus sword and Novus shield.
