Yes you can do up to five stats if any amount totalling 75 altogether. Could do +15 parry/acc/det/crit/sks if you want, even if it is dumb, and adjust later.

unless you are getting melded gears which will net you enough acc, doing acc/det or acc/det/crit is the safest choice

If you're going through the trouble of doing a novus you might as well make it worthwhile and max DET, since maxing DET is the one thing relic has going for it that makes them objectively superior to other same-ilvl weapons since it lets you cheat the normal stat caps.

Regarding the Zodiac Weapons, in the future will they have visuals that stand out? Animations, Sounds, Skills, etc? The grade after the current Novus we do plan to have something that will substationally change the appearance of the weapon. Even after this next grade, we have plans to eventually add a final version, what we imagine for example the Excalibur looked like, what the Zodiac Braves actually used; we want these weapons to stand out both visually as well as audibly to reward players for their hard work.

I know this question probably comes up often, but is Parry still useless for Novus? I'm planning on finishing my Curtana Animus since my FC will need me on tank instead of my Bard, but I'm not sure which stats would be best or if it's even worth it at all..

Parry is still pretty terrible.

Probably cap Determination, then decide how to play with the other 22 points between Accuracy and Critical Hit Rate.

Unless my memory sucks, it's bright normal, brilliant bonus for all of Coil 2.

Didn't know SCOB even had a bonus, thought it was just a base light always. I had my Nexus already by the time I had started going blm for a few turns in 2.3, so I couldn't see for myself what light it usually yielded. Would've been nice if t6 or 8 had a base of brilliant always at least. Guess I'll just have to get NIN nexus the slow way.

Its bad. Acc/Det is the best but its crazy expensive to buy IVs atm on Behemoth (topping 900k yesterday) but I would put as much Det and Acc you can afford and fill the rest in with Crit/SS.

Remember you can change the stats later. Personally I went with 31det/22acc/22crit (nexus= +1/+1/+1) on my axe but this time I am considering a yoshimitsu with 23det(max up to tier IIIs)/22crit/30acc (nexus=+0/+1/+1) and swinging down the acc as I spiritbond a couple dets. The price on SMIV is pretty fucking stupid.

Behemoth is crazy. 900k might, 880k aim. 400k VIT IV. Not only are Alex harder to farm the prices have tripled for IVs. I-II-III haven't changed much.
