also got dreadwyrm body + ninja weapon from T13... today is my day i guess... gotta do dzemael fast i guess by today...

As someone who's only done stone vigil like 3 times, what's considered a good time for a speed run there? Soon it's gonna be my last dungeon, whenever I finally get Pharos, currently 0/19 on it

I usually force the tank to pull.. as far as possible with everything and aoe it all down O_o

I guess that's not too bad. I'm tired of going healer though, but shit, I might again, some tanks are babies doing small ass pulls of 3 mobs still and shit, nexus tanks at that

the only time consuming dungeon is the 3 expert + DD AV. average 20 mins (AV 15ish) depending on how shitty people are geared

the rest is fine even if it does 0/20, face rolling stuffs is better

yeah I had a run, with a pld that had like T13 drops, and 2 blm with like t10-12 drops, and pulling 1 group at a time... I was like nope! adlo + stoneskin -> sprint grab a bunch and run back to group *puts on shades* deal with it O_o

low lvl instances at i120ish healer, you can somewhat heal yourself (as sch) through about 3 pulls with some effort O_o

It kinda sucks that you can't do Dungeons not unlocked by quest

Snowcloak left to do, but can only do Pharos and Bray atm

this is my problem. if i don't go as tank, i can never control the pulls. but chances are i get a healer who doesn't nuke which is far more aggravating.

i did DD the other day with a full 110+ sch who didn't cast one single dot, even on single packs. UGH

being tanks have its perks

even if some healers dont nuke, if you pull 5-7 mobs, they are forced to heal you and u wont die. granted mobs die slower but still better than killing packs of 3 slowly....

i now change to DPS for my 2nd zodiac.... no instant pop but being a dps is sooo much more relaxing...

When lvling NIN a friend would often queue for dungeons with me to help speed it up, we learned early on he was much better off coming as SCH than tank.

Pulling big packs of mobs and taking forever to kill them doesn't really get you anywhere any faster.

Having a healer that actually does damage will at least kill things faster regardless of how big the pulls are.

I finally hit a roadblock for once, sitting close to 40 pharos runs now with no drop, I actually lost count after like 32 'cause I'm finally getting tired of this place. God I hope I go 1/1 on Stone Vigil now since that's gonna be my last. I can't really complain though, I've had good luck with most up till now, got most my drops within 3 runs.
