Right now the worst part is the myth. If I'm not doing Bray runs with FC I'm going insane. Just did a PF "Bray SR first two bosses only!" with BLM + BRD + SCH. Do my usual pull first, which is everything to the first gate. BRD tells me my pull was insane and that "everyone stops at the ramp wtf". So okay, whatever. I pull to ramp only, SCH still lets me die (he's i90 of course).

Just said fuck it, it's too early for this shit and left. I'd rather do 20 min runs in DF on SMN cuz at least with that shit I know what I'm in for and maybe I get an Opo-opo.

There is no reason to pull past the ramp. The goblin at the ramp drops the key needed to open the door to the boss. Most groups will pick up the key and lock out the rest of the mobs.

There is nothing they can say. It's a deliberate time block, people know it's a time block, everyone knows the drop rate will be increased in 2.3 once they increase the relic path and add more quests to chain, and if they change it now they are just nerfing their own content. I'm pretty upset I just six-month subbed like 2 weeks ago though, cause I'm on the verge of quitting and they gonna get all that free money.

Jesus fucking wept, finally got all 12. Took about 42 hours / ~775 FATEs total.

The first 7 took 36 hours and ~650 FATEs. The last 5 took 6 hours and ~125 FATEs. Worst zone was Western La Noscea which took around 225 FATEs.

As time consuming as the next part is, at least I can actually see progress being made!



Also what the hell at the colors. 4 Red, 4 Blue, 2 Green and 2 Yellow seems so random instead of like 4x 3 colors or 3x 4 colors.

It looks much much better than Zenith glow, yeah. If I could I'd glamour a NQ Stardust Rod on my Zenith one, but in the case of the Animus, it actually looks really well.

The weapon damage upgrade for the atma weapons should increase slightly after the x'th book. Really silly for the atma weapon to have more primary stats (Vit and w/e stat) but less weapon damage than the i95 weapons.
Currently, takes all 9 books to get the full weapon damage upgrade.

In the same boat here, except I have about 75 days left of sub. I got an additional 3 months shortly before 2.2 hit (so I could have the awesome Behemoth mount) and tbh if 2.2 hit before my renewal I wouldn't have resubbed. Update 2.2 feels pretty lame to me overall. Can't motivate myself to any of this RNG bullshit (and not just talking about atma). I kinda wish I could put those 75 days on hold and use them when 2.25 or 2.3 comes around to see if it gets any better. Oh well, at least the sub is off auto-renewal. SE will have to amaze me with 2.25 or 2.3 if they want me to resub.

I have no reason to quit personally, there's tons of other content I wanna do. Quitting over atma though.. just disregard it. They'll nerf that shit soon anyway, and there's other weps that take less time + are better anyway than the relic atma/animus so..

Wish people wouldn't get up in arms about it. I got mad farming it, no doubt, but I just switched to doing it more casually so I can enjoy other content and I found it went better for me. :< Sorry you guys are going through this though!

We all know it will get nerfed, the point was: we'd rather be paying when that actually happens than paying for how the drop systems are now.

As for other content I have left to do besides relic atma that would be: Levi, Coil and tome farming? The first 2 with similar dumb rng systems: hi people going 0/40+ on a mirror and don't get me started on Coil. So ya, money wasted until next patch hits. Sucks for me, but I won't let it happen again though.

The correct answer is geralt's masterworks from coil, just like everything else that's BiS. That's the only one that can be i110 right now until they add the next zodiac step.

To be honest, all the rewards from any content in this patch are pretty lackluster imo (hence my lack of motivation to do any of it). The only thing that remained the same is Coil, including the shit rng.

But your advice for people basically is: stfu, do Coil once a week with a lockout and rng (weapon item only drops once for 8 people, so still rng for lotting, assuming you have a set it could still be 8 weeks before you see one), rinse and repeat next week? So basically what we have been doing since 2.0? And here I thought 2.2 was supposed to give more stuff to do (/end obvious sarcasm).
