Running my Nirvana with a friend who is working on his Novus daggers, Garuda was giving us with Zodiac gentle, and it was giving him with Novus, bright. We encountered the same bonus with Leviathan, him giving us steady and him receiving Brillaint.

So, I'm skeptical to assume this right away, but there seems to be a likelihood that a window that is discovered with Novus, shares the same bonus potential as Zodiac.

Garuda without bonus :
4 lights for novus
2 lights for zodiac

With bonus :
8 lights for novus
4 lights for zodiac

Yesterday I did 16 garuda with no bonus and titan hm with bonus + mog hm with bonus to have full light.

Seeking feedback on best infuse option for sch scroll. Was going to do 31 det/44 crit as I don't have any real need for accuracy since I don't do the hardest content and don't have need for accuracy.

However, the price on sealants tanked and that was how I was going to pay for t4 materia. The 31 det are done, along with 11 crit of the 44.

So I'm wondering if I should do 33/44 crit (already have all that materia) and put the last 11 in to acc/spell speed/piety, or if a 22/22 split of some sort is better.

I'm leaning towards either a 33/11 split of crit with piety/acc the 11, or a 22/22 split of the same.

Yes, you can fix the stats later by going to the scroll NPC.

Yeah, it costs 750 soldiery for the ink again and you need some more alex for the infusions, but it's always an option.

Alex yes, atma has never dropped from weapons higher then zenith afaik

Relic stats have been calculated using the following formula ever since the stage where you got to pick your stats...

([Number of X materia you put into your scroll] / [Max amount of X materia allowed in scroll]) * [Max allowed STAT on current iLvl stage of weapon]
...rounded down to the nearest whole number


Perhaps in a more readable format:
1) Take the number of X materia you put on your scroll
2) Divide that number by the maximum number of X materia allowable on your scroll (excluding PLD, crit/sksp/spsp/parry/acc cap at 44, det at 31, PIE varies by job but is 33 for healers)
3) Multiply that resulting number by the maximum amount of X on the current iLvl weapon (at iLv135, excluding PLD, crit/sksp/spsp/parry/acc cap at 53, det at 38, PIE varies by job but is 40 for healers)
4) Round that number down to the nearest whole number

For example:
22 Crit out of a max of 44 on the scroll
1) 22
2) 22 / 44 = .5
3) .5 * 53 = 26.5
4) round_down(26.5) = 26

Note: ffxiv.aralya.com's stat caps for i125 and i130 sword/shield are incorrect.
Note2: idk what the PIE caps are, but you're weird if you're doing that. Whatever it is, it'll be less than the det caps.
