I'm hoping the curve is gradual. I wouldn't mind if it ended up being 10-12 T1s, 8~ T3s, half a dozen 3s and a handful of 4s. Keep the increase of power slow to start, then ramps up at the end as you near completion.

I'd definitely go with Western over Outer. Sharknado is always up and it's nestled right between two 2-parter FATEs plus another one or two right there in the same tiny area, and Sharknado goes down fast, unlike Miner in the Mirror or whatever that stupid Kobold one is that's always in the way enroute to the 13th Order place.

Also if you need repairs (not anymore really) the mender is right there in Novv's, and you don't have to worry about dying because you jumped off a cliff and a kobold eight miles away saw you do it.

Still can't do Det II and i'm now 2/75 (each det I gave me 1 det)

First infuse was 100%
2nd infuse was 94%

That has to be a given, no way there just gonna keep it at the 1:1 ratio

Watch alex requirement get stretched when III's and IV's come into play, so you might have an assload of materia stockpiled, yet alex will be holding you back from infusion, would be super troll, if failed, you need to gather alex all over again too...

This is why I suspect 1:1 is going to stick around. After 10 materia you're looking at approximately 60% chance if it drops linearly. It's going to be enough to be shredding 3s and 4s like that without needing to burn Alex, too.

I don't think so. In the screenshot posted earlier, it wasn't complaining that the player didn't have sufficient alexandrite to infuse his tier III materia, it said he had the wrong grade of materia.
