I'm currently at 20 but the lag/dc issues have kinda stopped me from getting as much farming in as I've wanted to do recently. Also on Curtana the success rates for Heavens' Eye goes 100>100>100>100>96>86>74>60 and I presume this is the rates you'll see on anything with a stat cap of 44 on a two handed weapon.

I chose C. It's not that difficult for her to repeatedly bash her head against something. At least she seems to stun at opportune times. My 'bo works alright.

My wife's 'bo is a healer. That thing is just...pants-on-head dumb.

Hybrid chocobo is pretty good.

Tanks better than tank chocobo, does more dps than dps chocobo, and almost heals as well as healer chocobo.

On Shield I don't think I got below 80% on any of mine.

On a side note, I've noticed recently that the glow on the Sphere UI glows towards one direction pretty intensely now. Anyone with 2 stat melds see any noticeable glow difference?

Now that everyone's farming FATEs with their Animus, has there been anymore evidence that atmas will drop from an Atma/Animus weapon too?

Or has that always been hogwash?

The drop rate is so fucking bad that I would recommend to not even bother. I've gotten 3 in about 25h of fates since the patch. It's worse than atma somehow.

C - A DPS that's dumber than a bag of bricks

I chose C. It's not that difficult for her to repeatedly bash her head against something.

I have a DPS chocobo, mainly because I main Scholar and I like the thought of having my own little army.

But yeah, I find that it does do a fair bit of damage. I can also get it to 'tank' a couple of targets by switching between free and attack stance just before firing something low power like Ruinra. The bird immediately charges at the target and gains hate within a couple of hits.

pretty tough to compare drop rates with something that's so low to begin with. i think i'm gonna end up switching between myth and fate farming depending on how bored i get with either one. but in general fate farming's gonna be better for me since i can SB and approach it a lot more casually than myth grind.

I tried to get a friend online to fate grind, queue brayflox burn first 2 bosses for myth and while our downtime 30 minutes we go back to more fates. Just to change it up a bit.

All rouelttes ( gets a map from expert)
Do 12 bray per day ( 4 morning 4 afternoon 4 evening)

Hen do some fates on the side

That at least guarantees me 2 maps per day sometimes 3

I usually Northen Thanalan (when it's full) but yesterday it was empty and farming was kinda shitty

Panda got 6 alex in one day doing middle la nosca, its easy to do solo..

The only 2 alex I got were in northern shroud while waiting on raid to start lol.

I bounce between N.than, Mor Dhona, and Outer LN. I've gotten 1 in N.than and 2 in Mor Dhona. According to my fate counter it's taken about 380 fates to get those 3 alex.

That's the only thing I wonder about... if high level fates maybe yield more.

I know for a fact I have done 1000+ fates and yet only gotten 2, but I am grinding low level ones really fast.

I've only seen 3 in let's say 20-24 hours of grinding. One from Sharknado, one from Tail of a Whale and one from Gavial in Coerthas. So one uncapped, one capped at 49 and one mid-thirties. I spent about 3 hours hitched to the FATE train in Northern Thanalan last night and got a whole lot of nothing to show for it.
