So I understand DET is best since it shouldn't be allowed to go as high as it does but after the DET is a mix of acc/crit or raw crit or acc best for Gae Bolg?

It's really just whatever you want to do. As long as you max det, you're probably gonna end up ahead compared to liberator. Max crit would give you the "strongest" weapon, but I'd personally prefer the options provided by some accuracy. If you go 41 accuracy, you can swap astrum body for HA and come out with higher stat weight than if your weapon was zero accuracy. Of course if you have access to HA body, you also have access to HA weapon.

If you put 25 accuracy on the weapon, it allows you to swap astrum feet for HA feet at any given accuracy; and it makes it much easier to hit higher accuracy values like the 515 t9 cap should you desire.

I did 40 Crit/25 Det/10 Acc since I really didn't feel like messing with lower percentage tier 4s again after my horrors on PLD Novus. Overall I'm pretty happy with it and I don't think I'd change it. All the tier 4s were 100% except the last Crit IV which was 96%.

If gil is a concern, you can slot in acc when tier IV start popping up. Personally love my det/crit spharai though.

The determination melds are annoying. Seems like after the first meld the success rate already drops.

I know right now the only way is by starting over with a new sphere scroll, and purchasing the relic weapon from the Calamity Salvager, and then farming Atma all over again. Did Yoshi-P ever said we'll get another attempt to change the stats?

atm you have to buy a NQ relic at the NPC and start all over again

What are most doing for their BLM Novus? I was planning to max det, get enough pie for 251, then put rest into sspd, or would it be better to max sspd, get enough pie for 251, then rest into det? From what I remember reading (I think), SSPD/Pie for 251 seems to be what most are going, then toss up between DET or CRIT for last stat.
