I didn't do Beast Tribes in 2.1, but I want to know because they can reward ventures, which I'm burning though at an impressive rate.

If I want to max reputation for all 4 tribes, what is the best way to start?

You get 6 quests per day. A single quest-giver can give you 3 quests per day. Generally, your best bet is to pick 2 tribes and do 3 quests from each, daily. You don't get more ventures for doing higher-tier quests, so that won't be a factor in your decisions.

Each rank is designed to be able to clear it in 10 straight days of that faction.

Example1: Rank 1 all factions. Do 3 in one, 3 in another. You'll hit rank 2 in both in 10 days.

Example2: Rank 2 in a faction, Do 3 T1, 3 T2. You'll hit rank 3 in 10 days. Same for T2+T3 to rank 4, 10 days.

If you split 3/3 between 2 factions every day, you'll hit max rep in both in 45 days, compared to 50 days hitting R2 in both, then focusing.

You will hit max rank in a desired faction in 30 days if you focus on it.

Assuming the new tribes act the same was as the old tribes, and also assuming they didn't add new ranks or increase the amount of quests you can hold in a day, it would take 120 days using all my quests every day to cap, is that correct?

More like 100, if you do, say

0-10: Amalj+Sylph T1s
10-20: Amalj T2
20-30: Amalj T3
30-40: Sylph T2
40-50: Sylph T3

Repeat for Kobold+Saha. Remember that if you're T1 with everything you're leveling up 2 factions at the same rate daily. Though yes if you wanted to only use 3 allowances at rank 1 it would take 120 days.

So I get six quests a day until I get one of them to rank 2? Then I get 9?

No, you get 6 a day period. You just can't take 6 in a single faction until T2 because you can only take 3 of a tier per day.

If you want the most out of each allowance use them on the highest tier quests each week.

10 days of doing 3 T1 quests gets you access to T2 quests, you can pick 2 tribes and get T2 in both in 10 days.

Once you have T2 quests do 3 T2 quests for each tribe until you get T3, etc.

You can do 3 T1 + 3 T2 quests for the same tribe once you've unlocked T2 but it's less reputation/gil/tomes per quest.

The fastest you should be able to do it is 90 days for everything, if you do like was mentioned above and only do the highest tier of each faction per day.
