    Well, season 6 started, and
    Spoiler: show
people already making stupid as fuck decisions. Why would you send a ground unit and not have any ground comms amongst them, nor keep a couple behind to guard their only transportation?

They must have been real starved of food supplies on the ship if they had to rush to the planet that early on though, otherwise you think they'd do a little more recon from the orbit with the others on ice still and get their drama out of the way first, instead of dropping part of their crew to the surface with next to no information. Octavia still a whiny bitch though, so nothing new on that front, probably costing Kane his life from the stress.

Either case, Raven going to get extra pissed (as if she wasn't cold enough towards most of the crew as it were from season 5's events) when she hears about her bf being dead already.

This show hasn't ever been a paragon of smart decisions. Whatever causes the most drama and creates a black & white us-vs-them situation is what will happen.

Dunno who's still following this show, but at least episode 3 proved that there may be some fresh ideas this season... Even though we're back to the night blood/commander/royal blood situation again.

    Do kinda wish they
    Spoiler: show
didn't show off the infinity symbol a couple episodes prior, since it just meant this crap was going to eventually happen again. At least it's not an AI controlling the masses this time.

Either case, curious what Murphy is up to, since despite him being a complete ass in general to people, he always seems to be the first one to scurry out before shit happens, unless he thinks it's the end of the world, in which case it's party time.

Anyone still watching? Every time I feel like I'm getting bored with it something happens that just pulls me right back in... I' loving that they took technology from a previous season and used it for a whole new purpose like this. I'm so glad this show keeps going.

I have to say this season is the one that's warming me up to Murphy a fair bit. Also the last couple episodes have been going places and I'm surprised they're setting up/getting as much material out of this as they can despite not really having unveiled too much as far as the location and factions go. The new location sure gave the writers some room to reset the pacing, vs. the prior few seasons having to keep building upon the concurrent events that were happening/intertwining.

Looks like one more season (7).

...kind of sad, but also, seven is enough.

Given this a slight bump since we're four episodes into the last season.
    Spoiler: show
The continued split between the Sanctum & Anomaly groups continues to screw with the pacing of whatever revelation they're building up to. I don't know how they're going to get a satisfactory conclusion out of all this besides eliminating any opposing folks with problematic history/beliefs, because they've been having this faction-war issue since season 1.

And then fourth episode you got the reactor issue which was only there just to stir more tension between the 100 folks and the prisoners, now in addition to the Flamekeeper's followers being pissed. No one is ever happy in this show.

[EDIT] Caught up on the finale. Going to miss the show even though it dragged on in spots with the whole Sanctum arc and parts of the Bunker Wonkrew prior to it. Also didn't realize until after, that they ended the show on its 100th episode. Nice little touch to end it on that milestone despite the massive cast they kept throughout the series.
    Spoiler: show
I'm still surprised Murphy made it to the end. Went from being the guy I wanted to die in season 1 to the guy I rooted for.

I don't know what to think of the whole transcendence thing actually being real, but I guess it did offer the writers an out if they changed their mind about S7 being the last one I suppose, since they had until the last episode to change their mind on it which also led to it feeling a little rushed to wrap things up after all that build-up. Part of the war bit was a little cliche at the end, but 'eh. Don't upset the genocidal ethereal beings, and let's ignore Earth being livable again within 100ish years which they could just have cryo'd for, oops.
