The action sequences were really well done for a TV show they must have hired a new choreographer, cus lately the fight and action scene were great.

Also anyone have any clue from comics what the rock could be?

Maybe the monolith is just a prison for inhumans so that the Kree can come back and get them? Seems like it could be a way to send a message saying "hey assholes the science experiments are here".
