I'm kinda surprised they actually done a confrontation with Ward this quickky, kinda expected a few weeks of them having to do random Hydra tasks.

I think i can subscribe to the fact that he's been Inhumanized which either helped him kick their asses or simple survive that + what better way to help people deal with something than going through it yourself? It would also be the reason he 'walked out' on May when he appears to actualy still have a thing for her.(But who doesn't!)

I'm in the Andrew is Lash camp. It's the most reasonable explanation given what we know so far.

Lash is supposed to be a pre-existing Inhuman.

If they were going to get really dumb, you'd see something like Simmons, May, or black guy being Lash because they were the SHIELD folks who were cunts about Skye last season.

I can't see it being anyone else from the SHIELD camp, and all of those people are either different now or were pre-occupied during the initial encounter(s).

I think it's more likely that Lash found out who Skye was after he fought her and white guy in the hospital and she doesn't fit the criteria for purging. He may hold a position of importance but it will be with an element that is new to the show (and not necessarily fake shield)

My theory is that Lash is Rosalind's right-hand guy who was conveniently absent from the transport when Lash attacked. Also Andrew probably not dead, but I'm prepared to eat my words.

yeah the right hand guy makes sense. No one else could have really gotten there in time,unless lash can teleport or something. What would really be stupid is if lash was coulson haha. Maybe just someone we haven't seen before. Maybe it's the other dead black guy who got turned to stone.

Reddit points out that Rosalind's right hand man (and her for that matter) were on the subway car with Coulson during the first Lash encounter. Not gonna go back to check myself, but reddit is usually on point.

I'm very curious to see who it turns out to be. It has to be someone who we've already seen on screen. No other reason for keeping it a shadowy mystery.

And probably only comic Lash can teleport. No reason to have him run away from fights, otherwise.

Not gonna spoil anything but if Lash follows the same intent/purpose as in the comics then you would know why he doesn't attack Daisy and it has nothing to do with knowing her or not

I too am sure it's someone we've seen. My guess is someone from ACTU and not SHIELD though as Lash knew exactly where the transport was going to be, and that they had the IT guy. My initial though was her right-hand man too, but as pointed out he was with Coulson first encounter.
