I am slightly disappointed that multiple WA1 tracks made your long list, and nothing from WA2/3 made it. All three of those soundtracks have quite a few gems.

Here's where I promptly (and deservedly according to my friend) get told to get the fuck out... I never played anything past Wild Arms, or Suikoden in those series.

If you guys are interested, and have a way to get it, I have about 15GB of self ripped video game music from various platforms.

Well the only excuse I have is that these games came out around the time I started getting summer jobs. How I miss the days of playing videogames till the sun came up, then sleeping till noon and repeating it all over again.

I'll go through my MP3s at work and see about putting up some more. I know I have a list of games I have music from somewhere. If people are interested, I may be able to drop box it or something.

I grew up with 3 younger brothers. Finding time to play games solo was pretty hard. We spent most of our time playing hot seat or the loser passing the controller. I ended up being a PC dude because it was the only place I could game and not be bothered by siblings wanting to play or parents wanting to watch TV. PS2/GCN era was when I got a decent TV of my own. By then though, women, college and working took too much time.

I'm actually shocked that I have more time to game in married life than I did before. I guess marrying someone that enjoys video games is the way to go.

I still play a lot, but usually handhelds. Mainly because I can throw in some earphones and play them while my wife is watching some inane reality TV show or use the main television. The Wii U has been pretty great also. I played the hell out of Hyrule Warriors for a month before I got back into PS4 Diablo III.

My wife will play games in a party setting, but not usually much on her own. She likes the Mario Party/Kart games, and we had played 3D World and New Super Mario Bros. when they came out. The longest game I had her play was FFXI. She had a few jobs to 75 before she decided it wasn't worth her time anymore.

But enough livejournaling from me :D
