Pretty sure none, or most of the promises concerning urban mobility improvements will not be upheld/kept, and traffic has been specially shitty(er) these last few months.

From what I hear the US delegation is bringing in a cruise ship which will function as a hotel in order to avoid most of the shit we monkey mortals have to go through on a daily basis.

You know, after watching this report in several national sources, I'm willing to bet that this whole thing was orchestrated by politicians/authorities to gather credibility. I could be wrong, of course, but it sure seems like the case.

Well, the one thing I can say about Brazil's special ops is if there is a situation, they will be able to handle it well. Brazil sent a squad of special ops to perform in Urban Shield in the bay area a couple of times and both times they ranked very high.
