Besides the Glalie, other rewards include:
10 Pokeballs on your 3rd playthrough
10 Healballs on your 5th playthrough
A heartscale set on your 10th playthrough

And there's the secret mission that no one knows quite how it unlocks yet.

Demo story = Beat 1x

Then all the times after that are adventure mode which aren't like the demo story.
Wander around battle pkmn and shit.

It does make you watch this flying scene and a bunch of 'GET HYPE' montage clip every time you "beat" the adventure mode. Loses its awesome-ness on the 3rd or 4th viewing. lol...

You can also just press Start to skip the hype video

This is almost how I play ever RPG. Stock up on potions in case I need them -> VERY rarely end up using them lol.

I usually end up grinding so much because I find it fun that I outlevel everything.

If I can get away without buying a single potion... you bet your ass there will be a x0 potion.

I will stock up on antidotes though. screen flashing and the sound of a pokemon bleeding out is too much to bear.

I don't think pokemon have lost hp from poison outside of battle since like gen III. I do remember the old days and hoping I'd make it to a pokemon center before my pokemon died to poison cause I never had enough meds in those days lol.

I'm probably just going to go with the digital version for this game because I'm seeing no reason to pre-order or spend gas/shipping costs.

Yeah Pokemon stopped losing HP out of battle from poison since BW. Good stuff.
