Once you change the time of day on the DS, it locks all time events for 24 hours. Azelf is 9 pm- 4 am. I believe. Just don't touch your DS clock.

Just a side note, you don't need Jirachi for Hoenn dex completion. (still going to bug the crap out of me having 210/211 though)

That time thing is such a pain, but it explains why I havn't seen Azelf. Damn. Guess I'll spend the day catching what I can in gen 4/5 and transferring them over.

I have a complete living Dex. However every game I re catch, evolve, breed what can be done in that game then move over what I need to finish. It takes forever but I love the grind for some reason.

Waited 24 hours, and my 3DS has passed midnight twice and I still can't get Azelf to appear. Could it be because I transferred them over from previous games?

Living dex is going a lot easier than I thought it would (Audino mirage islands help). Finished Gen 1 + 3 sans the obvious ones, and am about to finish up Gen 2.

Also got an Eon Ticket and Cresselia's island, so I'm all done with legendaries available in game. Yay.

Where did you get an Eon Ticket? I haven't seen any info on it being out in NA yet.

Streetpass. Still rare though since there hasn't been a US event for it yet. Also, how are the Audino mirage islands helping with dex building? Do people really want them for some reason?

It's just quicker to level pokes up for evolution with audino islands without relying on the Mauville food court or Elite 4.
